Description:
Orientation Training Part 1 (OT1) is the first session of a 2-part series preparing participants for the child care licensing process. OT1 includes information about: safety tips and guidelines, guides to set up an early childhood environment, the general licensing processes, forming a business plan, & resources to research low interest loans or grants. Workshop participants may attend OT2 to continue the family child care licensing process or orientation training in Indianapolis to become a registered ministry or licensed center. OT1 is only required for persons interested in obtaining a family child care license. OT1 workshops are held 6:00 to 8:00 local time
